General Return Policy

All orders placed with Vela Nest Home are carefully processed and prepared for shipment. Due to the nature of our home essentials, kitchen tools, storage products, decor items, and pet lifestyle products, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference.

However, we will review and assist with your order if the product arrives with a verified quality problem, visible damage, or if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We do our best to ensure every product is checked before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team before taking any further action.

Please inspect your package shortly after delivery and notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Exchanges

Vela Nest Home does not provide regular exchanges.

Unauthorized Returns
