Shipping Fee:

The final shipping cost may depend on your delivery address, order value, product quantity, item weight, and any active shipping promotions.

If free shipping is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because Vela Nest Home products may be fulfilled through different shipping partners and fulfillment locations, delivery times may vary depending on your region.

Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 11 to 18 business days
Europe: 12 to 20 business days

Vela Nest Home is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Part of the goods will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our ownfactories located in the United States, Canada.and Australia.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Lost in Transit:

If the carrier confirms that your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the case.

Depending on the shipping status and carrier confirmation, we may arrange a replacement or provide another appropriate solution.
